Bistecche Allo Sherry

4 Fette Filetto Di Manzo
40 G Burro
2 Bicchierini Sherry Secco

Preparazione:

Salate le bistecche e cospargetele di pepe. In un tegame fate sciogliere metÌÊ burro adagiatevi la carne, cuocetela un minuto per parte, toglietela dal recipiente e tenetela da parte al caldo. Nel sugo di cottura versate lo sherry, fate scaldare, aggiungete il restante burro, mescolate e versate sulle bistecche. Servitele ben calde.
